I offer many years of experience with individuals and couples supporting them to connect compassionately with their body, mind and heart while navigating difficult emotions and situations. In my previous career as a Birthing From Within childbirth educator, doula and Mother Woman facilitator I learned that cultivating a mindset of compassion and mindful listening created a sense of well being for all involved even under stress.
In our sessions you and your partner will be guided in a simple yet deep practice that supports your intimacy without being confrontational about issues in your relationship. This is a practice you can take home with you and access as a way forward in your relationship that heals and restores trust.
