I began practicing Mindful Creativity long before I had words for it.
I have always loved to sit quietly and contemplate the moment, to see the trees, feel the wind, watch the clouds, breath in the flowers. To wake at dawn and do nothing but watch the light change. From these precious moments my whole being was called to action to draw, to dance, to make puppets, to sing, to make gardens, to cook, to LOVE!
Really and truly it is my favorite thing to be creative.
I experience being creative
as a spiritual act of presence.
I believe that being creative and caring for each other is what Mother Earth
intended for us to do as a species.
